Illusion King is the youngest of the Asini (A race of shape shifting humans) that I’m currently working with the Asis storyline. He was born after the world’s god was killed, giving him a very skewed world view compared to the older characters whom were alive prior to the events leading up to that event.
Skewing things even more, he also happens to be the head figure of a religious cult. Despite being seen as a mortal god, he’s pretty down to earth and humble, boardering more on childlike and naive at times.
The eye patch is non functional.
He’s actaully a fairly minor character to the story, but one of my favorite to draw.
